We had lunch here while visiting in Avila on a pilgrimage. The staff in the restaurant were marvelously helpful about our weak Spanish and helped us make sure we got the meal we wanted. The pizza was delicious and the pasta was well made and cooked al-dente as pasts should be. View all feedback.
What Cigarreando doesn't like about Campanelo:
Stylish Italian place in a very elegant setting, a kind of a XVIII palace in Avila. The decor is minimalist, and the atmosphere is classy and dim. You´ll enjoy a quiet night out here. As for the food, sadly this will not be a one of a kind experience. It is plain and simple Italian, without any surprises. My pasta was exactly what I expected, and my wife´s pizza so and so. Great, very good pizzas, with a very fine dough and fresh ingredients, well served, local clean, quality at a very reasonable price. highly recommended.
The place inside seemed pretty, but it was hot for my drop, so we ate on the terrace. the attention was very fast, even too fast. They brought us the pizzas before we finished the entrance. the salad clot (very far from the bips, for example.) too much salsa and with a very intense flavor. Regulin pizzas too. very intense flavor. salty. complicated to finish them, by the intensity of the taste.
Do you know that of good, beautiful, cheap? because it is the best description for this Italian in the heart of the plane, and if that is added to the good attention and sympathy of the waiters I think everything is said.
For being tied where another was a convent, his name derives from the small bell tower he had. If you're on the plane, put a couple of chopsticks on the chuleton. with the exquisite pastas of this restaurant quiet, professional attention and courtesy making a meal under so thick stone walls.
Super friendly attention. we order the pool, super rich. pizza without more, good ingredients but dough too thin.
