Do not rely on the outside view at night, the restaurant is open but the lighting does not necessarily signal it. Simple and regional cuisine. You are sure to taste a real cassoulet (on site or remove). Go without hesitation.
Beautiful place and there are almost all services (spoiler station, cafeteria, restaurants, hotel, souvenir shop and local products.) cafeteria with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Canal du Midi (photo below).
