Nous y sommes allés en fin de journée pendant le festival et avons beaucoup apprécié la petite terrasse un peu en retrait du brouhaha de la grande place. L'accueil était très chaleureux, le sourire était là : bref, on s'est senti comme à la maison! Nous avons été bien conseillés par les jeunes propriétaires qui connaissent parfaitement leurs produits.Côté nourriture, nous n'avons pas été déçus! La planche mixte de fromages et charcuteries que l'on a commandée était extra, de même que le pain qui l'accompagnait. On a fait quelques découvertes sympas au passage, comme la pâte de coing en condiment et l'eau de coco en boisson. L'espace épicerie est bien achalandé. Nous sommes d'ailleurs repartis avec une bouteille de vinho verde qu'il nous tarde de goûter!Merci l'Amarante!We had a very good time at l'Amarante! We went there in late afternoon during the festival and we greatly appreciated sitting at their little terrasse, slightly set back from the hustle and bustle of the great square.We were greeted with warmth and friendly smiles : in short, it felt like home! We were very well advised by the young owners who know their products perfectly.Food-wise, there was no disappointment to be had! The mixed board of cheese and charcuterie that we ordered was really good, as well as the bread that came with it. We made a few nice discoveries while there, like the quince paste served as a condiment and the coconut water as a drink. The grocery area is well-supplied. We actually left with a bottle of vinho verde that we're looking forward to tasting!Thank you, l'Amarante!
