We had lunch here after visiting the Palais des Papes as it is in the square.The service was excellent and the food yummy. We really enjoyed our food: salade gourmands and the camembert with nuts. The prosecco was lovely too.We ate outside but the inside looked very nice too. My only concern would be the fact that the toilet seat was missing in the ladies! View all feedback.

When the waiter found out we were only going to spend about 30 euro, he told us to leave. This was mid-afternoon and there were few patrons at the cafe, so it is not like we took a table away from waiting people. We just wanted a snack and something to drink but that was not OK with this waiter. There was no "S'il vous plait" or smile, just a wave of his hand as if to say "Go sit over there." So we left. Located in the shadow of the Palais du Pape, this restaurant is one of many to choose from in the square. In the middle of the tourist season, the service was fast, but took forever to get our check. We enjoyed the Greek salads with plenty of bread. Made the mistake of not clarifying our request for tap water, instead we got a 6 Euro bottle of water. Okay place to eat but more expensive due to height of tourist season.
Came for lunch with friends, we waited for 20min while servers told us they would there in "a minute". In the end no one came so we left. A tourist trap, to avoid
Right in the heart of the tourist city this place is great for coffee or food.We were well looked after and e joyed decent food. A fraction over priced but could be worse given its location. In Britain they would have milked it for more!Great burger and menu enfant.We would go back
Cold and uninteresting dishes. a deplorable toilet was placed at the entrance. I recommend this establishment to no one. very bad press for the city of avignon.
It was okay for what it was for us. it served a purpose to see after a hard day website. the service was slow, and the beverage order misunderstood, so had to be done. the crepe was okay. prices reflect the location.
