Best Thanksgiving turkey dinner ever! Cuisine Centr'Halles is a great discovery in Avignon. We enjoyed a Thanksgiving festival with other Americans, both visitors and expats. The meal had some subtle French touches and was paired with an excellent selection of wines. Very recommended!!
Know and work with Chef Jon Chiri for many years, I highly recommend Cuisine Centr'Halles!!!
A great experience for a successful birthday!! We offered a cooking workshop with Chef Chiri for my mother's birthday and we were not disappointed! Great atmosphere and discoveries! A great moment of sharing with chef Chiri and his partner who deals with food while we cook dishes made by chef all together (he also asks us our preferences. Therefore, we leave the belly full of prepared and rich dishes of the past moment and the culinary knowledge learned. The chef also sends us the recipes to redo at home by email and it's really the perfect little one. I strongly recommend the workshops and the restaurant Entr'Halles for Avignonese or foreigners who cross the city:
Thanks Jonathan for a great day. It was a really brilliant coming to learn the possibilities of Provencal cooking from an expert who immerses himself as an outsider in the culture to deliver a course that was truly authentic. A true travel highlight.
We spent a great time at a cooking workshop held on Saturday morning at the Cuisine Centr'Halles for an EVJF with ten friends. Chef Jonathan Chiri is super nice and very pedagogue, a good way to learn while having fun! We then enjoyed our dishes in the small restaurant. Authentic and cosy atmosphere:
