The sta... read more My recent lunch at Colette de Vijvers was a significant disappointment. Despite the beautiful scenery, the dining experience fell short of expectations. The staff were static and showed no passion, and the service was slow. The food was merely okay, the appetizers were ok, but the rest was not up to the standards of a two-star restaurant. The main course, particularly the summer venison, was not well cooked and visually unappealing. Overall, the dishes lacked surprise and excitement. While the scenic surroundings are lovely, the overall dining experience does not justify a return visit. Probably the dream had a bad day.
