For starters, the pricing is not reasonable for the food you get. Unlike every chinese place, I asked if I can sample one of the chickens and was denied to do so. On top of that, after receiving my food it was cold, hard, and not tasty at all. Maybe if I had been able to try the food ahead of time I could have saved some time and money. On June 24, 2023, my daughter, who works at Aventura Mall, ordered some lo mein noodles. When she got home and opened her food, she was horrified to find four used blood glucose strips mixed in with her meal. We tried calling the restaurant, but there was no response. We ended up contacting the police and I also reached out to my lawyer regarding this incident. Service rating: 1/5.
I had a poor experience at this restaurant. The server, Ana María S., provided really terrible customer service and treated me poorly. Additionally, the food was lacking; it looked appealing in the presentation, but the quality of the ingredients was subpar. Overall, I would rate the food as a 1 out of 5.
I truly mean it when I say that this is the worst Asian cuisine I've ever experienced. The Asian restaurants in the old Aventura Mall food court are five-star gourmet compared to this place. It's a significant downgrade and an absolute waste of money.
Food is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Sweet and sour chicken is hard. But on chicken is hard and no flavor. Broccoli is raw. Rice is not even fried
The beef and green beans tasted fine, but the rice was hard and the honey sesame chicken was dry tough and flavorless.
