What Adrian Bardet doesn't like about Starbucks:
We get here and the first thing they tell us is they don 't have the dragon fruit for the drink we ordered two iced caramel macchiato when we get the order the caramel was missing which is and extra charge and they tell us the coffee won 't even taste like caramel after it was charged and served. I pile ordered to the wrong location and they gave me my order anyways! Awesome customer service and experience. Made my day and I will always go back to this location.
Giving two stars because of the amazing customer service provided by the employees at the counter. The ambiance however is not what you ususally reeive with the starbucks brand. The restaurant was filthy and disorganized. The tables, chairs and counter tops were dirty (inside and out) and the music is so loud that its almost impossible to concentrate; espcially when Badbunny and Cardi-B are blasting through the speakers. I understand that its Miami but this is not the coffee shop vibe condusive to getting work donw that we all expect when walking into a starbucks.
The restaurant is extremely dirty, and the coffee doesn't meet the expected standards. The staff are not wearing uniforms, and equipment is placed on top of garbage cans. A thorough cleaning is definitely necessary!
Today morning service was so slow, waiting time of my coffee 20min+
I enjoyed my experience here, not crowded or loud, Kaila was really nice and funny with me and made my day, would definitely come again
