Mr Chef's - Aventura

The food was quite good, featuring tasty Chinese/Cantonese dishes. We particularly enjoyed the soups, orange beef, egg rolls, and ribs. Each week, we try a new dish to discover our favorites. Finding quality Chinese food in Miami can be challenging, but this restaurant definitely delivers!

Terrible customer service. I ordered wontons but received crab rangoons instead, which were quite disappointing. I also ordered spicy eggplant, but my meal didn’t come with the steamed white rice it’s supposed to include. The BBQ spare ribs were dry and didn’t taste fresh. I won't be returning, and neither will any of my friends.

If you're willing to overlook poor service, this restaurant offers some excellent food. The Peking Duck is fantastic, and the shrimp dumplings are also quite good. However, the service does not match the quality of the dishes.

Poor service. Why allow order of a timed pick-up if you can?t meet it? We ordered 90min before planned pickup and still had to wait over 20min in the restaurant at the take out counter to get our food. Do not recommend for speed.

Have dined in and gotten take out several times. The food is pretty good but the service is consistently awful. I tipped 20% on a take out order and didn't even get a thank you or a goodbye. When dining in the service was very slow and we had to askfor the bill several times. Good manners and proper hospitality etiquette are truly lacking at this establishment.
