The experience at this restaurant is consistently disappointing, and the staff seems unclean. I needed a non-dairy drink due to a food allergy, so I paid for oat milk, but they instead gave me whole milk. The only reliable Dunkin' location nearby is the one on St. George’s, and the Route 1 location is also better; I only visited this place because the Route 1 Dunkin' was closed. They frequently forget to prepare food and often have missing items in orders. One day, they even told me, "Sorry, we don’t serve donuts here," because they had forgotten to bake them. While I was waiting for my order, I overheard staff arguing about food burning in the oven. On another occasion, I ordered a large drink, but they handed me a small one. When I pointed it out and asked for my receipt—which took several requests to obtain—the woman simply scooped ice into a large cup and poured the small drink over it. The level of professionalism here is very low; they struggle to manage more than two items in an order. I also witnessed a worker come out of the bathroom adjusting her clothing before returning behind the counter. Overall, I am appalled by the service and would never recommend this location to anyone.
This restaurant has a great atmosphere and a very friendly staff. I would really appreciate a larger variety of donuts, and I kindly ask that prices remain stable and not increase any further.
I'm sorry to say that my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I believe they could benefit from hiring or contracting staff who speak Spanish. The current team, who are Indian, struggled with language communication, which made for an unpleasant experience. Overall, I found the place to be lacking.
This is easily the worst Dunkin' in the area. I have a video showing that there was nobody behind the counter when I visited, just a taupe/beige purse on the back counter, so I left. Today, I stopped by again to order a signature latte, and it had way too much ice and was missing two toppings. On top of that, they charged me more than other Dunkin' locations. They also didn’t have any tall straws, which makes it impossible to drink a domed cup with a short straw. I’m done with this place—I'll take a detour and go to a different location even if it means driving back toward the highway.
