Laughable experience, I prefer to say, for not to save the anger they obviously it provoques in many relaxed people that are striving for simpaty and nothing more than the good Portuguese cool experience. For more one tries to avoid the bad mood, they make it impossible! Menus with price? Forget! No credit card accepted marked? Why? Make me walk to find money for half an hour!!! Professional service? Kkkk! The “manager” is out of control and lost somewhere in hell! The server is ashamed! The price kkkk you will only know in the end! The food is same as Grab and go quiosque kkkk. Now, tell me why? Wasn’t it better to try to be good instead of having this obvious goal to be the worst? And what’s more: there are legal procedures that me, like a client, want to see!!! And many more authorities as well, I hope so. So other cool and relaxed people that go to wonderful Aveiro don’t fall in this trap like me and my family did. She (manager): I am not obliged to say my name, do you want me to call the police? Factura with my nif? Forget!

I have tried many bitoques throughout portugal, and that was by far the most expensive for the part that was served!

He brought a different meal than the one we had ordered and the owner refused to speak to us about the issue. So we decided to politely approach the subject and she YELLED AT US and was EXTREMELY RUDE, we couldn't believe! At this moment we've asked for the complaints book and found dozens of other formal complaints from different customers. N-E-V-E-R again will we return, can't believe how these people remain in business.
