Patrons praise helpful staff and regulars feel welcomed, but quality is uneven: espresso shots can be weak, macchiatos sometimes served stirred, and pastry selection (especially doughnuts) is occasionally sparse or stale. Service is generally warm, though rare attitude and lid-safety lapses have been reported. Conveniently close, the lot can be awkward to navigate.

Unfortunately the food we received (doughnuts, coffee, and a sandwich) were all bad. The doughnuts tasted like they were sitting out a long time, the coffee was good but actually wasn't what had been ordered, and the sandwich was fine. The reason they are getting 4 stars is because the service was great. The lady at the window was very friendly.
Sllllllooooooowwwwww doesn’t even begin to describe the service here, just appalled, new management is much needed here.
Drive thru: Very nice lady at the window. Ordered my coffee w sugar and they forgot to add it. Already had left the area when I tasted the coffee.
This Dunkin' Donuts in Pittsburgh is the worst!
Had the worst experience the short overweight lady working in the kitchen had the nastiest attitude why apply for a job in this field if you will have a bad attitude and provide poor service? Someone will compensate me for the burn I received for her not putting the lid on my coffee cup correctly she needs fired asap!! This is scary to have some like this working around food :
