So yes, unlike appearances it was very good!! At the same time, unfortunately in a food truck, you can not really judge the appearance. The small violet sauce on the top right was very good. The sauce that accompanies salmon and rice is good. The rice a little dry and fade alone without accompaniment, but fortunately there was the sauce! The salmon was well cooked with his skin.
