When you are in Auxerre, you must eat at the Le Schaeffer brewery! The quality of the meals served, tasty, cooked at home is reflected in the quality of the meals served. Very good address for lunch or dinner, everything is homemade and the staff is super nice. Remember to book in advance, the restaurant is very often complete.
Great resto no chichi, it’s on the right franquette. A real brewery to meet with the friends. The wine menu is simple but effective, the dishes are generous, even for children.
A bistro like you like them, an institution on Auxerre, share a board, a good burgundy beef or just a glass of chablis, in short everything is there and with a smile
