A nice place for different cocktails in the evening, situated on the promenade by the river. OK cocktails, you can have a nice relaxing time in the chairs on the sand. View all feedback.

I've been here for years and the hotel is always improving. the staff who works here is super nice and they always smile. the place is great and the location is good. eveytime I come to auxerre, I stay here and will continue to do it.

I would like to reply to the herrn, who said that his bark meat (filet mignon) was boiled over! filet mignon is a filet of pork and should be cooked for minutes to degree to ensure that all existing bacteria are killed. bark steaks are...now fashionable sous vide at grad cooked for up to hours. This ensures a delicate, medium and rare steak, but no existing bacteria are killed.
