We love the bourgondic kitchen. And sometimes you want something else. Wondering about the new owner from before le chapitre. We were really surprised. Beautifully-made plates, prize-quality top, delicious food, surprisingly affordable wines from the bourgogey in carts and by glass, happy services and modern butcherous institution. A mastered cuisine, balanced, without false note, quality products worked with undeniable talent, aroma, texture, flavor...all is there!the open kitchen allowing to see officer the young chef and his second gives the place a harmonious and very pleasant atmosphere. The reception, service and the setting are also at the rendezvous... if you add a value for money more than correct, it is the address to Autun. I highly recommend!
Good reception, we took the menu dessert flat entrance and were not disappointed, the plates are a feast for the eyes and the palace. the restaurant is small from which the need to book its table the setting is nice, the map is composed of little dish, all made home. Have had a very good night. Thank you.
Great,A faultless entry to the vegetarian dessert plate excellent meat like this. dessert strong in chocolate and succulent. Some wines with very nice glass to test !!!!
Counter kitchen a perfectly orchestrated symphony. A service where every detail counts and of high quality. with a hint of humour, fine and perfectly placed. there you can enjoy balanced colored dishes with a harmony of tastes and colors. Each plate is a small canvas to eat (I personally had tears in my eyes by discovering and tasting my pintade supreme, each vegetables were perfectly cooked). Besides, a perfect cooking. a balanced card, an irreproachable seasoning (no salt or pepper on the tables and as much as you would have been useless). The chief and his second are carrying you. a sober, elegant and refined room. installed according to bookings, each group has a privileged space. an open kitchen or the two co-ordinated chefs can be seen, focus, and host their guests. Thank you for this evening, thanks for the quality of your food, your gastronomy. your challenge; maintain this culinary level and your accuracy. Hat down.
From the beginning to the end, the meal at the kitchen counter was a success. all the proposals of the card make you want: gambas, foie gras, veggie plate, calf (extra cook)! were finally our choice and we were delighted in front of a very high quality kitchen. generous portions, fignoring and exquisite flavour...a very good time not to mention desserts coming to a perfect meal. reception and service are in the slide and participate in this good experience. the value ratio is also excellent. So we risk becoming pillars... from the counter!
