Waited 30 minutes on 2 drinks. The workers were just standing around when we can clearly see our drinks through the window, also we were the only car there ordered ahead in the app. I love Sonic but millbrook is way better. View all feedback.

Slowest restaurant in Prattville, Alabama. Wouldn't be so bad if the food was hot when you finally do get your order but sadly that's not the case. Be prepared to wait 10+ minutes just to order and another 30 minutes for your food.If you drive for DoorDash, I'd decline their orders 100% of the time. You could easily spend an hour waiting on your customers food.

The car hope was very sweet but service was a little slow.
Waited for about 15 minutes before someone contacted us and immediately asked us if we could wait. While in the middle of answering, I was cut off with a Thanks. I left after that. It 's been a while since I went to this Sonic, and it 'll be another while before I go back.
