Papa Johns Pizza - Autauga County

This is the second time we’ve ordered from this horrible place and I will never order again. I will be contacting corporate office Monday. I was given a medium pizza after I was told it was a large , completely wrong after it was supposed to be thin crust and not hand tossed not to mention I said NO sauce and I got the whole thing of sauce on my pizza and the bottom was burnt.

Love their food. Wish we hadn't seen the manager smoke a cigarette outside then go inside and make a pizza without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Now makes me second guess getting out favorite pizza. ?

It wasnt that long ago that the breadsticks here would be nearly swimming in the topping. I really hope this was a new guy not making it right. May as well have ordered plan bread sticks, good thing I paid extra for a cup of garlic dripping sause. Really miss the time when this was the best pizza place in town, now its just like the others.

Two large pizzas. The thin crust edges were so hard it could possibly break teeth! The regular crust was supposed to be beef but as they say at Wendy's, WHERE'S THE BEEF! THE FILLING wasn't evenly distributed showing doe about 3 inches all the way around! Sorry to say that Nobody here that had a slice of either one thought the flavor was great. Maybe they were just having a bad day. After all it's raining today.

Had a order a few weeks ago called and complained because it looked bad. Was told I was gonna have a credit for another pizza and cheesestix. Call and they said we Show nothing on your account. Probably won't order from them again. This place went down hill so much since I worked there.
