My son was visiting from North Carolina and we had lunch here for my birthday. The food was amazing. This is the first place I've been in 4 years that reminded me of home in View all feedback.
What KT Justice doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
This was a bit of a let down for a McAlisters. We have been here a couple times. I’m not sure. If it’s management or not enough staff but the place always seems like we just missed a rush. The tables are cleaned promptly and there is often debris on the floor that makes it look gross. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. HORRIBLE!!!! THE PLACE WAS DIRTY FOOD EVERYWHERE, EVERY TABLE WAS DIRTY. THE FOOD TASTED OLD. WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET IT
An employee there was literally barefoot. It's hot and sticky inside. Food was gross. I've been to a lot of McAlister's (in Oklahoma) and they were really clean and had great food. But this one is just disgusting.
Good if you like some extra protein from the pests in your meal!
Roaches all over the place and dead mice spotted in the kitchen. Do not go to this McAlister's location.
Rude mgr. she was talking so mean to sweet guy at order station. He has been there forever! Dishes were gross!
