El Amigo Grill 4 Mexican

The service was friendly and the food came out fast, but too fast. It came out in about 2 minutes and there were five people eating. The ground beef was not drained and the salsa tasted like it came off the shelf.

I will start with I don 't like Subway . So I found this spot hoping to find a hidden gem in Prattville while at work. It was slow and tucked away so it was promising. Chips and salsa were better than average. Order two enchiladas with rice and beans. Got the food, and the rice and beans weren 't bad at all. The chicken enchilada was pretty dry and bland but the beef enchilada had some, not so browned ground beef. I asked for another chicken one but had already lost my appetite. I really was really hoping for something special. Just a little below average. I should have just eaten at Subway.

Went there 2/11/24 and ordered Garlic Shrimp. It was THE MOST DELICIOUS meal I’ve eaten out since BEFORE COVID!! And we actually had attentive service. It was an excellent experience, and I HIGHLY recommend you go and try the Garlic Shrimp!

This Mexican restaurant is extremely underrated here in Prattville. It’s very inexpensive and the food taste so good! I love the salsa it is better then any other Mexican restaurant in the area. The staff is also very nice. It’s a shame there is hardly ever customers here. It’s amazing!
