Description
Nestled in the heart of town, this pub showcases a blend of family-friendly vibes and a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a cozy dog-friendly beer garden. Diners appreciate the attentive staff, a diverse menu featuring decent meals at reasonable prices, and a dedicated gluten-free preparation area which particularly delights those with dietary restrictions. However, some patrons express disappointment over missed meal components and poor customer service experiences, casting shadows on an otherwise promising outing. Overall, while there are highlights and a committed local following, improvements in service and ambiance could elevate the dining experience.

Fantastic pub, especially for those with Coeliac disease. They have a dedicated gluten free preparation area in their kitchen. My wife was able to have her first chicken parma at a pub in her lifetime, it was delicious and no more expensive than a normal one. We will definitely return to try more gf dishes. Great service, location and dog friendly beer garden too.
The food was not good , it was expensive and , the meals were missing mash potato where it was stated it came with it , when I asked for a scoop of potato , the woman in the kitchen slapped it on and yelled at me to order it next time ..not my mistake it wasn’t on the plate and we WONT BE BACK !!!!!
