Ruby Tuesday - Austintown

We had dinner for my brother who was visiting from Texas. Our group was very large, but the staff was fantastic! We can be difficult to deal with at times, but they were attentive and wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Whenever I come to this restaurant to dine or take out, the experience is hit or miss. One day the food is so good that I want to come back, but the next time I return, the food is poorly cooked. I don't understand what is happening, but some consistency would be appreciated. On 3/26/2022, I ordered a smashed steak with double potatoes. The steak was cooked well past the medium rare I requested (almost blue), making it so tough that I couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. About 30% of the steak was just gristle. I didn't want to complain because I didn't want to go through the hassle of having it replaced, especially since I had my baby with me. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

This is one of my favorite restaurants and I enjoy eating there. I have not had the opportunity to experience their full service as I usually order takeout or pickup online. The food is always delicious, but I have noticed that my online pickup orders sometimes have mistakes. It seems like they do not always read the orders completely, as my meal often lacks something I requested or asked to not have.

It took 5 minutes to get a server to get drinks. the garnel fondue was good. the escaped were not worth waiting. the only thing I liked was the ribs and the garnels. they had no mac and cheese during the evening meal. the brokkoli was not salted at all. The chicken pliers were baked. they had no pineapple on the cake. the ice cookie was not too bad.

Food was bad and service was worse!! The server focused on everyone but us! The four tables around us came in after us and orders were takin before us! We waited 20 minites for server to come take our order after we received our drinks! She went to 2 of the 3 tables that got sat after us and took their orders but all 3 tables got food before us!!
