Dunkin' - Austintown

This dunkin and the one on Salt springs road by Route 80 are the best dunkin donuts in the area. This dunkin is always busy in morning/afternoon and the employees do a amazing job to fill orders. The drinks, food and donuts are always fresh and delicious.They always make my drinks to my liking.

Once again.....my Door Dash driver is waiting for 30 mins because they only cater to drive through.... I literally just walked in and NOT ONE PERSON at the counter. Corporate is gonna hear about this. The Manager and all staff need fired.

If you're a fan of good coffee and donuts, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Coffee on the go! This is always my favorite spot. Whether you prefer it hot or iced, they have you covered!

I usually visit this Dunkin' location regularly, and during my early afternoon trips for a latte, I sometimes get it made correctly. However, if a specific employee is working, it's consistently wrong—this has happened to me at least five times, and I'm not exaggerating. More often than not, I end up receiving an iced coffee instead of my iced latte. On the other hand, I would give the night crew a solid five stars. They always get my order right the first time, and I never have any issues with them. The night staff definitely knows what they're doing; making coffee isn't that difficult!
