Anna's Cookin - Austintown

We ate here for the first time tonight and were blown away. We ordered empanadas, potato balls, fried chicken and rice, burger and fries, and an order of plantains. Every single thing was totally delicious and made with so much love. Do yourselves a favor and go here! We will definitely return.

I order porkchop rice n bean..2 meatball 2 pastellillo..first rice was hard..potatoes ball no salt..porkchop only grees no meat..I just wanted to try n don't like it. Other people may like it. Good for them

Food is dry and NASTY AS HELL!!! I've tried it twice because the 1st time it was late, and i figured they were closing, but Hell Naw, its the food the cook and the owner. This place Sucks !!! And i was disappointed, Very! One more thong nothing tastes authentic, more like sloppy joe stuffed in a pastry shell.

Meatloaf sandwich with grilled onions and spanish rice smothered with beans, awesome, beef empanadas also awesome. I'm glad I googled this place, a Hidden Gem in the rough.

I ordered the fish dinner special that came with macaroni and cheese and spicy cabbage. For starters the food is pre plated into containers and put in a warmer, so who knows how long it had been in there. The macaroni and cheese was probably some of the worst I've ever had. It was very dry, not very much flavor and a little bit of cheese on top, not really any cheese in the macaroni at all. Secondly the cabbage was cooked with bell peppers and literally tasted like it was cooked in Italian salad dressing. It was kind of gross to be honest. The fish was alright. This place has high reviews, but I'm convinced that the people who reviewed it are used to food that isn't very good.
