I got the fries and Batagor (fried dumplings . The fries were yummy and the portion sizes on both dishes were an excellent value for the price. I’m a huge fan of the dumplings, and the condiments were a great sweet savory pairing. Also wanted to mention— the staff is really kind and diligent, and they make everything fresh! Definitely pay them a visit if you’re in the area and curious about Indonesian food : View all feedback.
What Michael B doesn't like about Yeni’s Fusion (north Food Truck):
Really really wanted to love this food truck, because Indonesian is in short supply in Austin and elsewhere. the reviews were good. Unfortunately we all found that the various items that we ordered, while freshly made, just lacked any unique taste or spice. I will say that the servers are incredibly friendly and the truck is conveniently located just outside a classic Austin bar. View all feedback.

Yummy home-cooked Indonesian fare with slight adaptation to the Texas palate. Yellow rice, peanut sauce, and tofu and tempeh dish were especially good. Highly recommended for Indonesian food lovers and those interested in trying this amazing cuisine.
This is some of the best food I’ve had in years! You HAVE to try this place, you won’t regret it. Portions are incredible and the flavor was so enjoyable.
The best wings we’ve ever had. The chicken porridge and chicken and rice were also incredible- amazing flavor, our minds were blown!
Finally had the chance to stop into Yeni's Fusion. The day was hot so we picked up our food to go. We had the beef rendang and the wings. Both were outstanding! The wings were huge and offered the dual experience of tasting them straight up with barbeque sauce or dipping them in a zesty fruity sauce (both good choices). The beef rendang reminded me of the masaman curry in Thailand which I love, but it was less sweet which is a huge plus for me. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other offerings.
