However, since I was only visiting that office, I couldn’t just travel six hours back to use the offer. They explained that some new or irregular staff on the line had caused the chicken to be left off my order. Originally, I had ordered a quesadilla and the Thistle Fiesta Salad with Grilled Chicken, but my salad arrived without any chicken—just mixed greens that didn’t feel worth the $10.25 price tag, containing only lettuce, canned beans, jalapeños, and some cheese. The fresh sliced avocado was a nice touch and earned an extra star. Hopefully, the menu and service improve as staff become more familiar with the offerings.

I'm thrilled this location is open again! I look forward to coming back frequently and trying more dishes from their menu!
