Taco Bell - Austin

Was truly impressed by the initiative taken by Rob when I called to express my disappointment in the DoorDash order received we were missing a good portion of our order, and I called to ensure that when we submitted the second order of the evening, they would include everything requested. Rob went above and beyond, stating that he takes customer satisfaction very seriously and would personally package our second order himself....and he sure did! Thank you Rob for coming through! The food service industry needs more people like you who actually give a you know what ; Thanks again! You saved my fiancé from a night full of grumpiness due to my nacho fries Baja Blast craving lol!P.S. Rob deserves a raise for 1. answering the phone at 10pm, and 2. Handling a complaint with grace and professionalism. Workers like Rob are hard to come by nowadays. Employee retention is key!

The girl taking orders !! OMG ? WHAT ARE YOU ON?!? So slow and no type of customer service.. the guy in the first window (had great attitude was happy toBe there I think she needs more training .

I went through the drive through today around 4:30 pm. The staff that was working went above and beyond to take care of me. I didn’t get their names, but it was a man a woman. The name on the receipt was “Trenidad”. They both need a raise :

Do NOT go here. While the food can occasionally be okay, the employees are rude, and they mess up your order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I went and waited in after school traffic, and when i got my order, i double checked to make sure everything was right so that i didn 't have to come back after waiting in traffic forever. When I got home the $5 chicken quesadilla was a ROLLED UP TORTILLA with no cheese and it was cold.

This crew is always very professional and friendly. Eating is better than the taco bell on the street every time! easy the best taco bell in the city. Thank you. Food: 5/5
