I recently visited Subway and was impressed by the first-class service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and had a fantastic atmosphere. They were not only efficient, but also had great attitudes and behaviors. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the food was fresh and tasty. If I could give this place a zero star, I would. As someone who doesn't write many reviews, I think that this place really deserves one. I just wanted to eat a bite after an appointment nearby. I got boiled as soon as I went in the door, I don't understand the message of me with a scooter, but I couldn't even park it under a table while I ordered a sandwich and went. The crew at this Subway rocks! Friendly attentive staff. Makes sure you get what you want on the sub. They take the time to ask you questions about your order. Will be back again and again.
Restaurant was Clean. There were dividers between: food and public, preparer and public, drink station and public, and from each other. There was only one employee visible on this visit, but he was awesome. Fast and knowledgeable. Knew what I wanted before I asked... vegetables were fresh and crisp. Restroom was clean. Always happy when I leave this location.
I just tried to order an Italian BMT and was really looking forward to it. Sadly the young lady that was preparing my sandwich was not aware of the ingredients. She started to put bacon on my sub and I said I 'm sorry there is no bacon on a BMT. She was super confused and argued that maybe i meant a Spicy Italian? Ummm...that sandwich also does not have bacon. After a long pause where she stared at me in confusion I realized that I would not be enjoying a delicious Italian BMT today. I 'm sad. And hungry now. ?
I went there with100 dollar bills, and I was ready to make payment, but I was told they don't have a change, and the way one of the workers said was not right. Without the sandwich, I left. It's business and supposed to be ready for any changes or put a note saying we don't have change or use just your cards. No more be there.
And the lunch time it's always busy but it's good place
