What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
As was commented by several other reviewers, the service was really slow. I stood in line for about 20 minutes on a Sunday morning. Two of the three people working seem to be moving in slow motion. I'll admit that once I put my order in my drink came out quickly. But it was a simple order. JW Marriott Austin is a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the city and excellent customer service. One of the hotel representatives, Anas, was so thoughtful to send chocolate dipped strawberries with a beautiful handwritten birthday card to our daughter after finding out that it was her special day. He really went beyond and beyond to make sure that our stay was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a very beautiful hotel and I wanted to call out the special service that we noticed from everyone from check-in to check-out. I especially wanted to call out the amazing service we received at check-in from Kiana. She offered up some great suggestions for places to eat and see, offered us waters and then even walked us to the correct elevator to reach the higher floors. We’ve never felt so welcome at a hotel. Service was outstanding throughout our entire stay and even the valet guys offered us waters for our trip home. Definitely recommend this hotel and we’ll be back again for sure.
We were here for 2 nights on business. Check in was real fast. Large room on the 31st floor. Lovely views of the city. Lots of lighting in the room. Good fast internet. Lobby has a lovely bar and also the Corner bar is good as well. Very comfortable stay no issues getting an Uber. Highly recommended
My wife and I travel to austin every year for our Wedding Anniversary however we did experienced some issues while booking the room and parking at the J W Marriott in Downtown Austin very pleasant and concerned on taking care of our issue at hands Aurto and Angel both Managers took care of it right away. the stay at the JW MARRIOTT was awesome we enjoyed all the inside immedities and the room was just like it was posted on the website. We are now members JW MARRIOTT Hotel group advised anyone to come stay with them staff is great you are treated like your someone special in a good way.
