The man that worked in the window on May 11 around 8:30pm needs some manners!!. They are definitely going to loose multiple customers if that?s how they are going to start doing the drinks.
I typically have great service here, but make sure if you order after 8pm you only use the drive thru, because that?s when the lobby closes (and customers are unwelcome inside regardless of the door being open). Please start putting a sign about when the lobby closes if the door is going to be unlocked! Starbucks management- you can 1000% prevent this frustrating situation from ruining your baristas and your customers nights. I always order in the app and go inside, but tonight one of the baristas was so upset with me for coming in, it made me feel horrible about being a customer here? all because their lobby was closed (despite there being no way for customers to know that). I came in 8/31 at 8:45 to pick up an in store order I sent through on the app at 8:15. There was no indication that the lobby was closed in the app so I ordered for pick up inside as usual, and there was no sign in the window or indication that the lobby was closed on the door. (The door was unlocked for the truck unloading which was explained to me once I got inside to grab my order). I really think the situation could?ve been handled differently and I?m left feeling like I?m a bad person because I went in to get my order not knowing it would **** the baristas off? please put a sign on your door about when the lobby closes so your baristas don?t have to get frustrated with customers who don?t know any better.
I ordered a white mocha extra hot and a slice of banana bread no where did my drink taste like it was suppose to and also was in a dirty cup and only half filled , very poor serves not even a good morning.
Excellent Starbucks store. Well staffed and managed, the friendly, courteous and speed of service staff is what makes this store pop. Everyone loves Starbucks but I'm sure they keep returning due to their awesome team!! Thanks for waking me up this morning..
Witnessed a female barista there verbally mistreating a homeless woman who had come in asking respectfully and unobtrusively for ice. When it was my turn to order I told her that her response was not appropriate and I wanted a cup of ice to give to the homeless woman she had refused. The barista then told me she felt ?uncomfortable? and refused to serve me. This shop is extremely problematic.
