Our server was wonderful, guiding us through a sake tasting and helping us explore the unique features of the menu. The quality of the tuna and other appetizers was exceptional. I highly recommend Soto for a romantic evening, a business dinner, or simply a fun night out with foodie friends!

We were disappointed with the fact not being seated within 10 minutes of our reservation times. Once we were seated, we were greeted with a very lovely young lady who is our waitress for the evening. She explained about the menu and recommendations. She gave us plenty of times to choose what we would like to drink and eat. At the end of the evening, waiting for almost 45 minutes for the table was forgotten. Every orders came with beautiful presentation and balance flavors. All the different types of fish we ordered were so fresh, sweet, nice texture, and most importantly no fish smells at all. One of the member of our group never eat raw fish (sashimi or sushi). He was so happy that he joined us for dinner because it was an experience that he wants to come back again. I personally been to best sushi places in Japan and NYC. I definitely will rank Soto as one of the top place. The manager and the head chef came to our table at the end of the meals. That was another wonderful experience that deserve another review the next time we go to Soto.
