Scoreboard Sports Bar and Grill

Great neighborhood sports bar. The burger was awesome and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be back.

2nd time in 1 week They even gave me complimentary queso on my very 1st visit. The staff is really friendly and like to call you by name. This makes the customers extra friendly too.

I love a good queso as much as the next guy, and the “Scoreboard Queso” is tasty; just be warned you may need to order 2 if there’s more than 2 people. It comes in a pretty shallow dish with a hefty price tag around $10.

A real estate pro told me that the Scoreboard had the best Hamburgers in Austin. I am not a big believer in such opinions. However.. I ventured forward and recently tried the Scoreboard and i 'm honestly inclined to offer my first Yelp review. This place is pretty amazing. It is an 'out of the way ' shopping center sports bar. Quite simply, the food, including the burgers is above average and pleasing. I tried the Quesadillas and a Burger. The burger was huge and delicious and the crust on the Quesadilla was like pastry... Wow. The place was pretty crowded so I 'd say service could be improved a bit.. But, the beer was cold and there was no rush and i savored the crowd for a relaxing experience. The chairs on the patio are very comfortable. Prices are very reasonable, parking is no problem and i 'm going to make Scoreboard a regular spot for my entertainment.

I have been going to Scoreboard for over 2 years. I go most Saturday 's and Monday 's. My favorite food is the pulled pork sandwich. It is large and extremely tasty. The bun is sweet and really adds to the sandwich. The wait staff knows when I come in the door what I want to drink and greet me with the drink before I sit down. I have never had better service. My favorite waiter is Adam although all of the staff are superb. Jon, the owner is extremely personable and really cares about his customers. The bar is extremely clean and has just been remodeled. It looks fabulous. Thanks Jon for having such a homey, wonderful place. Oh and with all those T.V. 's maybe one should have the dog show on :
