Always friendly staff in a historic Austin building. The food was increased German pub food delicious! Outdoors there are water nurses to keep the terrace comfortable in the heat. Large selection of beer, good food, super service. I found this German style beer garden randomly and do not regret it at all. You can choose from as many buyers, drinks to them also German style foods like Pretzels with beer cheese, sausages. They also sell nachos and so on. Great space for sitting outside or inside.
Was in town and asked complete strangers for local recommendations and was controlled here. The boy paid the gamble. Probably the best sausage plate I had. And if that wasn't enough the biggest and best pretzel I ever had. Great service and bartenders were fun and cool. Will definitely come back when I'm back in town.
