The seasoning is excellent! The sliced chicken and the golden tacos are absolutely delicious.
The worst baleadas in Austin! This place is a joke—save your money and go somewhere else. If I wanted to eat a flour tortilla, I could have just bought one at HEB. These baleadas are an embarrassment to Hondurans. The ones from Los Catrachos on Breaker Lane are a thousand times better.
This was my second experience with a Honduran food truck, and I think I prefer this one. I ordered the tacos, which some might call flautas, while my friend had the baleadas. Both dishes were delicious, but I think I liked the tacos the most. They were quite filling, and I even had some leftovers to share, so the portion size was definitely generous.
