The food was fantastic! We enjoyed both of meals. We had the short rib and a steak. Totally worth it. We enjoyed the waiter we had as well. He was very friendly and great. Only con we had is that we were in the middle of the room so there was a lot of commotion going on around us that was distracting. View all feedback.
What Natalie Krüger doesn't like about Roaring Fork:
Went there for mom's 60th and the food was not good compared to three years ago. We had a group of 12 and we will not be going back. Found a place that is consistent every time we go. I was extremely excited about eating at Roaring Fork while visiting Austin, TX! I heard nothing but great things about the food.
Was looking to take my husband for one more fancy dinner, before leaving him again while he had leave from his current orders.
Who can say no to BOGO steaks? Lucky for us, the Labor Day promotion was buy one entree, get one free.
We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was fairly spicy. Each person ordered a different kind of enchiladas and tacos and then we traded around so that everyone could try several kinds. We were severed quickly which would be good for people who have an evening engagement. Our only complaint was that it was quick noisy which made it difficult to hear each other at our table.
Server was very nice and attentive. Great cocktails. Good place to people watch along with the sounds of the city (sitting outside ) I would go again if I'm in DC.
