Contribute FeedbackRed Lobster patrons were disappointed with long wait times for appetizers and underwhelming dishes, dubbing their experience the most disappointing. Conversely, another reviewer praised the prompt seating, though found the food to be mediocre. Despite some greasy dishes and small lobster sizes, the overall experience left room for reconsideration. A separate reviewer criticized service and dry crab legs, vowing not to return. However, another reviewer highlighted Maria's attentive service during the endless shrimp promotion, featuring great food. While the ambiance was slightly worn, the reasonable prices and great seafood left a positive impression overall.
Enjoyed excellent fish and chips meal on Fish Fry Friday. Also mussels as an appetizer, along with a cold beer. Doesn't get much better than this. Maybe not the fanciest place in town, but its been around a long time nationwide and the food is always great
We were a group of friends and we enjoyed the dinner on Saturday night. Service was good and ambiance was nice. The food could use a little more improvement to match the cost especially for platters. Drinks were delicious and overall we had a good time
The menu has many selections of seafood. I had lobster and my wife had fish and chips. Both dishes were well prepared and delicious. I realize it's a chain restaurant, but they have great seafood and great service
Enjoyed a great lobster roll and wife had fish and chips. Very big portions and excellent fries. Our server, Robert, did a fantastic job. Very professional, polite and attentive. If you want seafood in Austin, this is the place to go without paying an arm and a leg. Downtown seafood restaurants are way over priced. We come to Red Lobster often
Place looks a bit tired. Noise level was very acceptable. Service staff was attentive without being bothersome. food was good for the price. My wife especially liked her dish. We will go there again
