Having grown up enjoying authentic street tacos, I can confidently say that this is the place to get them. When Ray is manning the grill, you can count on your taco being just right. We especially love the chicken and steak options. Ray also recommends the ideal sauces for each taco, all of which are freshly grilled. Plus, you can call ahead, and your meal will be ready for you when you arrive.

The tacos are fresh, quick, and delicious, complemented by excellent customer service and helpful suggestions from Ray. Make sure to ask him for his recommended pairings; he hasn't led me astray yet, even introducing me to the Jarritos Grapefruit drink I had never tried before. What really sets the food apart is the evident passion and care that goes into everything served from the truck. The personal touch is something that's hard to come by in many places.
