Good morning! I stumbled upon this wonderful little hidden Central American gem on Congress while looking for a coffee, and I'm so glad I did. To keep it brief, if you're in Texas and want to savor authentic Colombian flavors, this is the place to be. It's best to experience it for yourself—Darrin's favorites are a must-try! What Dean Ott doesn't like about Plaza Colombian Coffee:
There was live music outside when I visited which was great. The food was pretty good too. Beware, the menu option for the hotdogs says hotdogs (plural) and the picture shows two but they only give you one so that 's a bit deceptive. View all feedback.
Kid friendly venue, whether you're looking for a refreshing beverage or small bites; Plaza Colombian Coffee brings the homeland back to your taste buds.Their Honey Bee Coffee brings cinnamon whipped cream delight enjoyed in cold or hot coffee. Reminiscing the last time I had a Lulo drink... I couldn't help but try their Lulo Smoothie, and it did not disappoint. Blended with milk, delicious enough to bring nostalgia rushing back of my childhood in Colombia. I only regret not getting a second smoothie to go.You cannot go to a Colombian venue without trying their empanadas! We order steak and chicken empanadas to share with our drinks. Privelaged to have a small side of Ají, giving the flavor you needed with a little home away from home.Parking: Parking is limited, there is a drive through available if venue is full.

Delightful place! Excellent service with a relaxed environment for happy hour with good food and music. I highly recommend it.
Cute coffee shop with great coffee. We got the Sweet Bee and an Americano which were both good and not too sweet. The next visit we got a drip coffee, macchiato, and breakfast arepa. Everything was delicious. The cafe was also nicely decorated.
I've never been to Colombia, but my best friend is Colombiana, and she has cooked for me. The food appears to be very authentic! Super tasty, reasonably priced, and the cold brew coffee was delicious! It was hard for me to keep my feet still, as they had set the mood with great music. I hope to visit Colombia with my bestie some day, but for now, I enjoyed Plaza Colombian Coffee!Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs, which kind of surprised me, but it was great because I had my 6 month old with me.
