We discovered this restaurant by chance in 2019 and have been fans ever since. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, frequently coming by to refill our water and ensure everything is to our liking. If you're a fan of pho, I highly recommend giving this place a try—you'll likely fall even more in love with it. Plus, the low-fi music playing in the background isn’t too loud or overwhelming, allowing for comfortable conversations at a reasonable volume.
My experiences at this restaurant have been hit or miss. The food typically tastes great, but I've had to send items back on several occasions because they included peanuts, despite my clear request to avoid them due to an allergy. Additionally, one male staff member has been quite rude. During my visit yesterday, I thought my egg rolls were missing, but they were actually chopped up and hidden underneath my food, which was not what I expected and could lead to them getting soggy. When I went to ask about it, the employee who checked my order came off as condescending, which I found unappreciated. He was also dismissive towards the woman in front of me. I wish I had caught his name. Despite these issues, I generally enjoy my visits here.
