The pho I'm familiar with always has a number that signifies its authenticity back in my hometown, before I relocated to Texas. However, this restaurant genuinely impressed me. I ordered the Pho Meat Lovers, and the beef broth was extraordinarily flavorful. It possessed a depth that surpassed just the taste of beef, accompanied by wonderful subtle notes. The ambiance was quite enjoyable as well.
