Pho With Us - Austin

This is listed on Google as one of the best Pho in Austin. That's debated to say the least. My background: Diving in San Jose, CA (aka Little Saigon). So I know something about Pho? It wasn't busy at all, many empty tables. It took almost 45 minutes to get my appetizers. All I ordered was the Pork Soft Spring Roll. I have to admit, I'm sure I'll wait. decent size and filled with pork. Good peanut sauce. Spicy Beef Pork Lemongrass soup review: It wasn't very sharp. This is a good thing as you want some warmth, but not done excessively so that you can experience it if you want. That means they give you very little noodles. And the overall taste was missing. The broth was almost clear. That was missing? You'd go with how they post, ?beef broth simmered for 24 hours?? Maybe the water was shimmered for 24 hours. Overall a good experience, but do not expect a fast service. I don't blame the restaurant and the owners. It is always hard to find good quality people who care.

Best Chicken Vermicelli I've ever tried! So sad it is so far from Houston. The service was great. The place was nice and cozy. Every time I come to visit Austin, I will definitely try to come back here.

Great food and amazing service! My dumplings were a little colder than expected. But the Pho was really good. They offer only two broths for the Pho, either beef or vegetarian. I ordered the chicken pho with vegetarian broth along with the steamed pork dumplings Very recommended for delicious Vietnamese food and a very friendly staff.

I tried to love this place. I was going twice inside and three times and every time a nightmare was trying to get an order right. And let me tell you, my order is simple: spicy pork and beef soup with JUST BEEF. Have you ever been right? No? false broth once, wrong everything else the remaining FOUR TIMES! Yesterday I went to my order, is the straw that the camels returned. Not only was the order wrong again (here pork in the bowl), but I had to have the hostess/degrees of the week, literally grab the menu from my hand so that she could see what was in her bowl soup. I'm the nicest guy when it comes to serving people. This girl snore menus from the hands-the ONLY menu on the front ghost you-and then go to the kitchen THREE TIMES and then ask THREE TIMES if in fact only beef in my spicy beef and pork soup. I did it, and it was wrong. Would I? ve went back to express my unmistakableness, but I know that it would not lead to a change in this place, and I know that the little girls with the dreads would somehow give me an attitude - as they had shown after the realization that they did not have their own menu path I somehow wrong the order. This place needs help. A star for proximity (although won?t eat here again) and a star for broth is both HOT and correct (for a welcome change).

You ever eat something so good that it makes you mad? Like whyyyy am I just finding out and why can't I get you at home?? ?Best pho ever! Had my first bao bun and am ADDICTED. E??V??E??R??Y??THING was amazing down to the service. Our waitress was that sweetest. Sometimes you just gotta treat yourself. Thanks Bae
