**A Taste of Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine: A Restaurant Review**
Nestled away from Cedar Park, this Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem worth seeking out. Offering generous portions and expertly crafted dishes, the menu shines with flavorful offerings such as pho and bánh huế. While many patrons rave about the fresh, authentic broth and attentive service, experiences can vary. Some diners have reported issues with food safety and slow service, while others praised the deliciousness of their meals, particularly the vegetarian options and cold coffee. Overall, this cozy spot promises a flavorful adventure for those craving quality Vietnamese fare.
Was JESSICA at Pho Phi a mag?
The service can be a bit slow and they often don't refill your water, but the pho, Vietnamese iced coffee, and appetizers are consistently excellent. The broth is authentic, and there's plenty of chicken in the dishes. I always go for the large P11! View all feedback.
What Nayeli Mendoza Alcala dislikes about Pho Phi:
A delicious caldito is just what you need for this kind of weather! Even though it's not in Cedar Park, it's absolutely worth the trip. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous, with each dish prepared to perfection. View all feedback.

I ordered this to go, and the food was incredible! The round steak was of excellent quality, and all the ingredients were fresh. I will definitely be coming back!
I ordered it to go because I came around closing time. It was out within 10 minutes. I enjoyed this pho so much. I really needed it. The weather is getting cooler so it was perfect. Very good portions and they packed everything I needed to go hoisin and sriracha sauce!
Pho wasn't that good compared to that area of other Pho choices. Fried pork and rice was good, though. Service was good. Guess I had too high hopes, since it was rated 4.4
Great portions, great flavors !! i fw this place! get the BBH. probably one of the best in town new review 9/9/23 this place is consistent. got the pho this time around and the broth is great even without sriricha and hoisin sauce. usually i have to pour a bunch of sauce in to make it better at other places but i just added the veggies to the pho here and it’s perfect as is. not only that, the service is great and place is pretty clean.

First time I have ever had Pho and absolutely loved it! The spicy beef broth is the best when you are stuffy. Super flavorful and tastes amazing! So glad I found this place.
My first time coming here...! And I’m surprised! Shocked! it was sooooo delicious And just the pho that I wanted because I’m very picky with my pho! I took it to go and it was still delicious! They’re very personable, especially the woman at the front. I also got spring rolls, very good! I took out the meat, cause I didn’t know it had it. And the Thai tea was alright. But I’m very satisfied with the pho!
I ordered the P5, which included eye round steak, brisket, and flank. It was excellent—the broth was exceptional and full of flavor. I'm very particular about my broth, so that's a significant compliment. I would definitely come back just for the pho. I also tried the fried dumplings, which were good, but I personally prefer steamed dumplings.

I had a really nice experience at this restaurant. I ordered vermicelli with pork and an egg roll, along with rice paper-wrapped egg rolls filled with vermicelli and a cold coffee. The food was delicious in both texture and flavor, and I would definitely come back. However, I found it a bit inconvenient that the egg roll and pork in the vermicelli needed to be cut into smaller pieces for easier eating. If you don’t mind using your hands or working with larger pieces of meat, then the way the pork is served shouldn’t be an issue for you. The cold coffee, specifically the French Café du Monde variety, was a pleasure to drink. The ambiance was somewhat lacking, but it didn’t bother me too much.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were multiple health code violations, and the management was even worse. They stored raw meat next to cooked food, which is a serious violation, yet the manager insisted that it was their standard practice. My kids were screaming for dinner, and all the manager could do was shrug and suggest that I should have known "medium rare" meant the meat would be raw and that I should cook it myself. They didn't offer any help, even when I pointed out that some items were missing from my order. Honestly, it was laughable. I would never recommend dining here.
This is undoubtedly one of my favorite pho places in Austin! I go there whenever I get the chance. The broth is rich and bursting with flavor, which is quite rare to find! I highly recommend it!
My experience at the restaurant was fairly average, and there isn't much to elaborate on since I didn't order a lot. From the photos, it seemed like I received what could be described as the leftovers in my large bowl. I enjoy any type of pho, as it’s my favorite dish, but when the portions of meat are limited, there’s not much to discuss. The broth was decent; at least it didn’t have that artificial citrus flavor that often comes with instant pho. As for the beef bánh huế, I have mixed feelings—while it didn’t have a strong beef flavor, I did appreciate the nice spice it had. However, the pork and other meats needed more time to stew, as they were still a bit chewy. Overall, my meal wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t live up to the quality I was hoping for.
Pho Phi is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I tried the Pho soup, and it was incredibly flavorful. Just a tip: the regular portion is likely sufficient for one person. I opted for the large size, which ended up being too much for me. I highly recommend this restaurant.
