But the reason i?m giving just 1star, is because I ordered on the app for 12pm so i can pick it up(I purposely ordered that time so by the time I get there it?s 12:10pm plenty of time for them to get it ready)tell me why it took them until 12:25pm to get it ready. I thought the purpose of ordering online is to get it started and readyby desired time. And if the customer decides to pick it later than stated it?s their fault not the employees however this isjust ludicrous, took them 15min to prepare the just the super veggies? Mind you, I came in later than expected so I was assumingI can just pick it up but they didn?t even start it until 5min after i arrived!!!! I?m appalled by the time management, where isit? You have to get your priorities straight, people ordered online has payed already and people there, haven?t.

I specifically told the woman at the checkout exactly what I ordered, yet upon reviewing my receipt, I found that I was charged for premium entrees when all I ordered was regular orange chicken and Beijing beef. This isn't the first time this has occurred, which is why I asked for my receipt.
