I love going here after a long day of work, the owners are amazing but the waitresses are too much. If I was asked to change anything about Mitown. It would be the waitress. They come to work looking ridiculous. Im sure that is not who you want serving your customers with their rude customer service. I always go straight to the bartender for anything I need. Waste of time. They didn’t ID us at the door, we’re both 21 btw. Then complained that we didn’t have an ID. Super backwards, don’t waste your time.
I want to support this place because I love afrobeats and Black culture but it needs to be updated and you come out smelling like fried food! Gross!

One of the few Urban, Mature clubs in the Austin Area! OH, don’t forget the Fabulous Food, and Fun Staff!
Went on a Friday night recently. The “DJ” had a playlist rotating that wouldn’t automatically transition to the next song. A few times the same song played back to back. At one point the music stopped for about 5 minutes and the DJ was nowhere in sight. Drinks are ok. Food is ok. Parking is limited but there is a huge lot across the street. Nice size venue. They need a better DJ and better selection of music.
