Medici Roasting - Austin

This place is so expensive, to a point that I think is incredibly inappropriate. I was charged $4 for a 16oz coffee, but refill is the full price. a small bake cost $10, and a small, fairly average yoghurt parfait was $8.61 nobody costs such prizes. these prizes are simply crazy and I will not come back and I would encourage anyone who takes care of their money to do the same.

What a delight! Had never tried Medici before and was very pleasantly surprised. I had a cold brew and my friend had a cappuccino. We were both very happy with it choices. I'll be back!

They were close to my gate and needed a quick cup before my flight. I'm diabetic so I asked what sugar free syrups they had; they only had vanilla, no biggie, I asked for 2 pumps. waiting by the counter for my coffee, I watched the girl look for the sugar free, couldn't find it so she put regular vanilla and then called my number. I asked if she had sugar free due to me being diabetic and I had to watch my sugar intake. She walked to the back to look, came back and said no we don't have any. I replied with okay, that's fine can I get a refund on the almost $8 cup of coffee I ordered, she responded with I can't issue refunds, you'll have to wait on my manager, how long will that be? I don't know 15 or 20 minutes, is her response, said with a huge attitude. She never once apologized or acted like it was an issue. Very dissatisfied with the service and especially with the whole being out of sugar free syrup and just pumping regular in. That could have had very bad consequences to a diabetic who wasn't paying attention.

Blown away with how delicious my coffee was! First time here and plan to be back. I’m very very picky about coffee and hardly post reviews.

Was excited to see MR opening in Domain, as it's closer to home, it was on my try to list for long time, so went today around, 11:30ish, they're were just couple of people inside and outside, and place was so dirty, floor, tables, seats. Ordered cappuccino, it was thin, milky, light and not hot temperature wise , this place has so much potential, hope they work on it, at least to keep it clean, service was okay, won't be returning anytime soon.
