Where I come from, our DQ has nothing in the way of eating. Maybe chicken pliers or a hot dog. The DQ's in Austin are amazing! Have a complete set of menu items I have never seen before, and the food is hot and tastes amazing! The DQ staff are friendly and helpful when I have any questions. The best DQ ever. Came to give this Dairy Queen another attempt as it is the closet for me, but they left me again. I waited 25 minutes and saw previous people coming and going. I finally wondered if my food would soon be ready, I have my ticket. They let me know they had given my orders to someone else. I don’t know who buttered the toast tonight, but keep them on toast duty because this toast is buttery as hell they need a raise!
They were awesome and very fast, even with my custom blizzard. My other food was still hot when I got home, which almost never happens with any fast food. The staff were all excellent.
Excellent customer service 100%! Thanks to Mr. Michael (from the Burnet location), he definitely went out his way to make sure I was well taken care of during that hot evening. I so much appreciate his kind gestures, we definitely need more people like him in customer service positions. He made me smile for the rest of my night. They also had a beautiful setting for ‘Memorial Day’, so cute!
The ice cream cone was stale! But the ice cream is delicious as always amen
