I've been visiting this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed it! I do miss the small market they had for selling Italian products, but it's nice that they added a bar and have a happy hour now. The food is consistently good and affordable, plus they offer alcohol, desserts, and coffee. However, the Margherita pizza was a bit too salty for my taste—I hope they can fix that. The coffee wasn't up to par either;... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mandola's Italian Market:
I had high expectations for this restaurant based on all the photos and reviews. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The food was decent, but the portion sizes varied quite a bit—some dishes were quite small, suitable for a child, while others were large enough for an adult, so be mindful of what you order. The bakery offers some delicious treats, but they are a bit on the pricey side. View all feedback.
Amazing. The food here is amazing. Service is fast. They also give complementary focaccia and olive oil. I and my friend tried a vegetarian pizza and fetters Alfredo Pasta with peas and mushrooms from the menu. We also tried the Gelato. It was delicious. You can get 2 different flavors in small cup. I have chocolate and hazelnuts. My friend tried the roasted almonds. We loved it. I would definitely try again, more things. They have not assigned seats. You can place your order and pack every table inside or outside. There's a little fountain out there.
Food service was expedient and everything was very tasty. Granted, I had the Spaghettini Ortolano. I didn't like it that much, but it's because of personal taste. Everyone at my table loved their dishes and the deserts were phenomenal. I had the Italian Creme Cake and it was very tasty. The snickerdooles and the Mixed Berry sorbet were good as well. This place is well worth the price (which isn't all that bad either).
The food is ABSOLUTELY delicious! I am a tough critic, but if I could give this a 10 STAR I would. Perfect date spot. Romantic. Tasty. Convenient. The chicken Parmigian is ridiculously good! And the bread!!! OMG. Make sure to order some shrimp and a pizza! Great to share. If we lived nearby, I'd weigh 500lbs. It's incredible!
I got the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and my brother got the same but with grilled chicken, both were delicious! We also got garlic bread with mozzarella and it was good too. Me and my family love eating here and highly recommend it!
What a little jewel Mandola's Italian Kitchen is! If you haven't tried it yet, you must! So, so, good! My father was having surgery at Seton down the street so my daughter and I popped in for a bite to eat to go. We stopped relatively early so it wasn't crowded. The interior is quaint with an open view of the kitchen. They have a gelato bar and an open cooler for items to go. The bar was quaint and they had some nice wine options available by the glass and the bottle. There was another room off to the side with additional seating as well. They had a cute outdoor patio with a fountain with a really nice ambience, I imagine in the evening it is nice. I ordered some garlic bread with mozzarella while we waited and it came out quickly and was tasty. My daughter ordered spaghetti with meatballs and I ordered fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken, the pasta was amazing! The fettuccine was definitely fresh and was perfectly cooked. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely a place that we will visit again in the future. ?????
