Luties - Austin

Had a great date night at Lutie’s. After a UT football game we had made a reservation much earlier than our typical dinner. A unique menu made it very difficult for us to decide so instead we went with the chef’s tasting menu. Very glad we did. We commented that many dishes we never would have ordered were standouts. Bluefin tuna was amazing, the green dish description will never do it Justice and is a must try and the Pomfret in chive beurre blanc were standouts. We also really loved the estate bread. Dessert paled in comparison to an amazing multi course dinner. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! I'm always looking for something new and interesting and Lutie's website and history really caught my eye. All I can say go and try this place before it gets more recognized and it will be impossible to come in. Not to flee, but I dim in several Michelin star restaurants and I really think this place could get one when discovered. Excellent menu, great recommendations, great selection of wine from both glass and bottle offers and first-class service. I wish there was a little more light, but that's just me, the ambience didn't matter. The service is gold standard, Richard took the time to explain the menu, purpose and history of the property and restaurant. We came here for my wife's birthday and I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate. Bravo Lutie's!

Fabulous, except service lasted a little while (approximately an hour between courses) when we arrived at 9 a.m. and the restaurant was half extinguished by our second course. Nice place and food. The attention to detail is immaculate. New favourite, wish service was a speed faster. Try the wine list!

Absolutely amazing! Fabulous food, wonderful atmosphere, thoughtful and helpful service. It is definitely expensive, but the food and experience are sooooo worth it, especially for a special occasion. Honestly, it's the best restaurant in town.
