a track mi sandwich found in the north austin area! perfection. the early rolls I had made had a really great lunch. the erdnus sauce was great! the service was so nice. they gave me a glass of water while waiting and let me go somewhere. it's so nice of them that I think while waiting for a togo order. they also put the jalapeño on the side for us, as I asked. I honestly don't remember what I paid, but I think it wa... View all feedback.

I could give this restaurant 3.5 stars, but 3 are given instead of 4 because I don't want to visit here again. eat well nice, but not exotic, only little Asian taste. the employees are great. prices higher than other Vietnamese restaurant. Combining, higher prices and simple food. View all feedback.
Um, wow?!?! Called Le Bleu as a last minute alternative to our Valentine's Day plans and wow, am I grateful for the unexpected closure of our original option. The garlic prawn was perfect but the OG was a revelation. That said, our fried egg rolls and Brussels were dangerously good. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu
Nice eating, pleasant atmosphere. we enjoyed every court. authentic taste and eye pleasant.
Le Bleu never disappoints! Surprised more folks dont know about this gem. Always fresh and delicious. Favorites are the ban xeo and the thai chile mango margarita.
Not worth your money! I'm not only disappointed I'm actually pretty angry. I know they have been making changes and so their chicken pho isn't the same but to be so cheap with noodles?!?!?! We received a quarter of the amount of noodles any actual pho place provide. Actually they put the small amount of noodles they did provide on top of a mountain of bean sprouts to look like they gave us enough which is just the worst thing to do. Not only that but the octopus skewers used to bring 4 sticks with multiple octupus on it and this time we got three sticks with only one octopus in each stick. We will never eat here again. Obviously not worth the money and whatever they are doing is just driving the quantity, quality, and taste down.
Best Vietnamese spot in Austin hands down. don't take my word for it, go there! I could not find a banh mi in Austin that did the bread correctly and they nail it! Fresh ingredients everytime. fresh bread on my banh mi everytime. The broth in their pho is amazing. And they are relatively undiscovered right now which means no wait for a table...yet :
