I had a mobile app offer for a free wrap with any purchase, so I ordered a mini chicken sandwich along with a classic chicken wrap. This was my first time trying either item. The mini sandwich, which was advertised as a junior version of their regular chicken sandwich (which are usually great), was a letdown. The bun resembled a mini hotdog bun, and it came with a very dry, flavorless chicken strip, missing the pickles and mayo that were supposed to be included. As for the wrap, it had another dry chicken strip that was buried in an oversized tortilla, with hardly any pickles or mayo. I had to peel off half of the tortilla just to make it palatable. While the service was friendly, all mobile orders have to be picked up inside, which is inconvenient since you can’t use the drive-through. Why is that?

Are you planning to keep it that way in... read more I had some great chicken, but I’m left wondering about the purpose of ordering through the app when the lobby is closed. Are you planning to keep it that way indefinitely? It seems pointless to order ahead if I still have to wait in line behind people who haven’t ordered yet. It just feels like a waste of time.
