I've eaten here so many times and the food is fairly good. But I'll never go back.Placed a pickup order through GrubHub by clicking the link on the Kanji Ramen website. Credit card got charged, but upon arriving to the restaurant found out that apparently the order didn't go through to them. Things can go wrong with technology, I understand that. But when you get to the restaurant to pick up food that you've already been charged for and the restaurant owner says they didn't get the order because they're too busy, and then turns his back on you, that is simply unacceptable customer service. If you aren't willing to honor GrubHub orders, REMOVE THE ONLINE ORDER LINK FROM YOUR WEBSITE!How you treat customers when you're busy determines whether or not they will return when you're not so busy and need the business.

I absolutely loved this place. The food tasted so fresh and the portions were great! Worth the price for sure. We had the kanji ramen which was delicious the gyudon packed great flavor and the gyoza ? Mmm so good— and service was so fast and friendly. Definitely recommend kanji ramen!!

They are such a sweet family and fantastic ramen. They had a bit of an off last weekend, but I think it's because someone was new or added to cover for the sweet lady usually there. Love going here!
